Deliveries, Pick Ups and Payments

Deliveries: Our van and truck deliver within the Sydney metro region . For deliveries outside Sydney our prefered carrier is TNT. If you have your own prefered carrier let us know and we will arrange for them to pick up your order. If you have special delivery requirements let us know and we will accomodate your needs.

For deliveries to QLD, NSW and Victoria our standard delivery charge is $25 +GST.For deliveries to WA, SA, NT and Tasmania our standard delivery charge is $45 +GST.

Pick Ups: You are always welcome to pick up an order, our factory is open from 7AM - 5PM Monday to Thursday and from 7AM - 4PM on Fridays.

Factory Tours: If you would like to see how plastic film is made, or if you want to see printing or bag forming please drop by, we are always happy to show people around.

Payments: We accept Cheque, Mastercard(+1.4%) and Visa(+1.4%). If you wish to pay by direct deposit please contact us and we will give you our bank details.

Returns: Returns are only avaliable for stock product and are at the discretion of Churchill & Coombes. Tpyically a restocking charge of 20% applies to orders under $500 and 10% for orders over $500.
