Deliveries, Pick Ups, Payments and Returns

Deliveries: Within Sydney Metro is either by Our Delivery Driver, Direct Freight or Capital Transport. For deliveries outside Sydney our prefered carrier is Direct Freight Express. If you have your own prefered carrier let us know and we will arrange for them to pick up your order (Please note that this is for orders over $200). If you have special delivery requirements let us know and we will accommodate your needs.

Deliveries to residential addresses will be left by our courier without a signature.

Freight Costs

NSW, QLD and VIC delivery charge is $25 +GST.

SA delivery charge is $45 + GST,

WA ,TAS delivery charge is $55 +GST.

NT delivery charge is $65 + GST or Cost price based on location

Pick Ups: You are always welcome to pick up an order, our factory is open from 7AM - 5PM Monday to Thursday and from 7AM - 4PM on Fridays.

Factory Tours: If you would like to see how plastic film is made, or if you want to see printing or bag forming please drop by, we are always happy to show people around.

Payments: We accept Cheque, Mastercard(+1.4%) and Visa(+1.4%). If you wish to pay by direct deposit (this is for orders over $200)please contact us and we will give you our bank details.

Returns: Returns are only available for Faulty stock product and are at the discretion of Churchill & Coombes, No Change of mind excepted. Typically a restocking charge of 20% applies to orders under $500 and 10% for orders over $500.
