Food Grade Carton Liners Made in Australia by Plastpack (formerly known as Churchill & Coombes)

Plastpack (formerly known as Churchill & Coombes) manufactures food grade carton liners at our Sydney facility for food processors, produce packers, seafood and meat wholesalers and manufacturers across Australia. A carton liner sits inside the box and takes the direct contact with the product, so the carton stays clean and reusable while the food is protected from moisture, dirt and contamination from the packing line through to delivery. Because we extrude our own polyethylene film and form the liners in house, the food-grade specification and gauge stay consistent from carton to carton.

Our Carton Liner Range

We stock five carton liner sizes to suit common produce and processing cartons, in clear and blue film. Clear liners are the standard for most food packing, while blue liners are used where a coloured liner helps with visual detection in a food-safety program.

Liners are supplied by the box, excluding GST. Micron equals one thousandth of a millimetre. If your carton falls outside these sizes, we manufacture to your dimensions.
