Printed Carry Bags Made in Australia

Plastpack (formerly known as Churchill & Coombes) manufactures custom printed carry bags at our Sydney facility for retailers, event exhibitors, promotional buyers and businesses across Australia. Every bag is printed with your logo, artwork or message on our own presses, so the bag works as packaging and advertising at the same time. The range features patch handles for comfortable, reinforced carrying, with bottom and side gussets on the larger sizes for extra room and strength. We print in house and form the bags on site, which lets us hold quality and turnaround under one roof.

Printed Carry Bag Sizes

We stock six sizes to suit different products, from a 240 x 300mm car tidy or DVD bag through to a 400 x 510mm retail bag and a 450 x 500mm extra large bag with a 50 to 100mm gusset for bulky items. Gauges run from 50 to 75 micron, with the heavier film on the larger retail sizes for load and feel. Full sizes, codes and specifications are listed in the product table above. If your product needs a size outside this range, we manufacture printed carry bags to your measurements.

Patch Handles and Gussets

The patch handle is a reinforced die-cut handle that spreads the load across the top of the bag, so it stays comfortable to carry and resists tearing even with a full bag. On the larger retail and extra large sizes, a bottom and side gusset opens the bag out to hold boxed or bulky products that a flat bag cannot. Matching the size, gauge and gusset to what the customer will carry is the difference between a bag that presents your brand well and one that splits on the way out the door.
