Ice Bags Built for Cold and Handling
An ice bag has a harder job than a standard poly bag. It is filled wet, stacked, frozen, handled cold and often dragged across a freezer floor. Film that is too thin splits at the seams and product is lost. Our ice bags are made from polyethylene film that stays flexible at freezer temperature and holds its seal under weight, so bags survive filling, stacking and customer handling.
Sizes, Gauge and Custom Ice Bags
We produce ice bags to suit standard retail ice pack sizes and to your own specification. Tell us the fill weight you pack to, how the bags are sealed and how they are stacked, and we will recommend the right size and gauge. Custom sizes are made to order. Printed Ice Bags
Ice bags are a shelf item, so branding matters. With up to
six-colour printing in-house, we print your brand, product weight, barcode and any required handling or food-safety text directly on the bag. Because we print our own film, you are not paying a reseller to arrange printing elsewhere.
Food-Grade Ice Bags
Ice sold for consumption is a food product. Our ice bags are made to the relevant food safety requirements for food-contact packaging. Specify food use when you enquire so we supply the correct product. See our
